Coatings Application Technician (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Verification of new paint systems (conventional and UV systems)
- Development of new ‘system configurations’ (material/PVD/paint)
- Carrying out qualification tests
- Overseeing or carrying out sample orders
- Transferring new developments into series production
- Creating painting programmes, including robot programming
- Planning and implementing process optimisations
- Identifying defect patterns
- Acting as the technical liaison with paint manufacturers
- Acting as the point of contact for production on paint-related matters
- Managing specific projects
- Maintaining action lists, ELLs and project plans where required
- Other duties in accordance with the Quality Management Manual, process descriptions and instructions
Your profile:
-Technical training or degree, with several years’ professional experience
-Fluency in spoken and written English
-Commitment to the role and a strong focus on quality
-Ability to work independently, good organisational skills and excellent product knowledge
